CT Woman Brutally Attacked On Transit Bus, Police Seeking Suspect

Police in Connecticut are seeking the public's assistance to identify a man who allegedly brutally attacked a woman waiting on a transit bus.

The incident took place in Hartford County on Thursday, May 18, at the North Main Street bus stop in Bristol.

According to Lt. Geoffrey Lund of the Bristol Police, the woman was violently attacked while waiting on a CT Transit bus. This unprovoked assault occurred while the driver was temporarily out of the bus

The victim and suspect were alone, Lund said. The attack occurred at the North Main Street Bristol bus stop in front of McDonald’s Restaurant. 

The suspect was wearing a jacket that says “Frank Pepe” (pizza restaurant), and a “Joker” hat from the Batman movies.
